The relationship that you have with Father-God is one of a kind. It is with him that you can personalize your faith to become all that he wants you to be. There are things in which you have strong convictions, but other believers may not have those same convictions. We are not to push those convictions on those whose faith is not as strong in those areas; however, we can bring those things to Father-God and see what his will is for you. Yes, we get to personalize our faith when we come to Father-God. Romans 14:22, Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth. If Father-God will allow you to keep your faith in areas in which others may differ, then you are not to condemn yourself. It is right for us to cut off that conversation, or activity while in the midst of those that condemn it as to not cause them to stumble: Romans 14:21, It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak. So even with it not being a sin, just keep it, and later have it to thyself before God.
It is so important that we all have the understanding of the importance of time with Father-God. The main reason remains, Father-God time is where the will of God awaits us. It is also where we get to personalize the will of God for our life: if we would like to have an adjustment to the will of God, it can only be made at the level of Father-God, during his time. We know the Word of God in which we are standing on for the thing hoped for, and we know the power of God through the Holy Ghost to work with the Word to bring our hope to pass; however, if we need any adjustments or changes to the Will of God, it can only be made by Father-God. The Word of God, and the Will of God are always one with each other, but this is no egg first or chicken first equation: we know that the Will of God comes first even though they, the Will and the Word, come together. John 1:1-2, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. So once there is the Will, then there is the Word.
Let’s look at one example of how an adjustment to the Will was made. The Word was brought to Hezekiah by the prophet Isaiah: Isaiah 38:1, In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live. Hezekiah is allowed here to be sick unto death, and the word from the lord confirms this by telling Hezekiah thou shall die, and not live. We can see the Will and the Word are one, and that the sickness unto death came first, and the word from the lord came to reveal the will to die and not to live. Hezekiah was not ready to die as the word of God revealed the will of God: Isaiah 38:2-3,Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the Lord, 3 And said, Remember now, O Lord, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. Hezekiah did not make the request to the Prophet because the Prophet can not just give a new Word unless God has given a new Will. A new Word can only come forth if a new Will has come forth first. Isaiah 38:4-5, Then came the word of the Lord to Isaiah, saying, 5 Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years. The Prophet Isaiah was able to bring the new Word to Hezekiah after God gave the new Will. The Word will always come to tell us the Will of God, and if we want a new Word, God must give us a new Will.
The Word of God came forth from the Prophet to Hezekiah, but because Hezekiah had a special relationship with God, he was able to get the Word changed by having God change his Will by fifteen years. This is why we need to have Father-God time just in case God might be willing to change his will on our behalf. The Word is the Will of God. and the Word can’t change itself. The Word is always with God, and it is always ready to come forth as his Will. Let’s have a quick review of how to walk in Father-God time. First, when we have a hope: need, desire, calling, or whatever it is that we hope for, we need to have a word from God, written or Rehema. Like with Hezekiah who hoped was to recover from his sickness, the Word came from the Prophet to get your house in order, for thou shalt die, and not live. This is the Word-God time. We need to take the Word that we get from God, and take this time to fully exhaust the Word: this is the Word time. The Word told Hezekiah to get his house in order. We must also exhaust our Word once it comes to us. How do we exhaust our Word? Say your Word was, written or Rehema, “I shall supply your need.” The way you exhaust your Word is to listen for the faith substance that will come along with that word, “I shall supply your need.” Whatever your need is, there will be activity that comes in your space for you to do: Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Why are you listening? You are listening, to hear: Romans 10:17, So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. So when you hear anything from anyone that matches the word of God, “I shall supply your need,” you do it if it has something to do with supplying the need that you have. This is how the Word begins to be made flesh, or natural for your use. This is all Word-God time. Remember, the Godhead is the Father-Will, the Son-Word, and the Holy Ghost- power. Once we move to exhaust the Word, we then look to work with the power to continue to bring the hope to pass. The Holy Ghost time will not usually require the time to exhaust the Word, but it prepares us for Father-God time.
I like to use Jesus’ time span to give an example of how the Godheads can flow: Jesus spent about thirty years fulfilling scripture, about three years working his miracle ministry, and about three days finishing the will of Father. Now, we will move through the Godheads on regular, shorter basis; therefore, we need to make sure we cover the process of all three each time through. Father-God time is so important because when we meet God in that time, we are able to see if there are larger folds available to move into, and Father is able to adjust his Will if he wants to at that time. We can only get to the fulness of God through the use of the Godheads. When you are in the Word-God time, if a faith substance comes that can be used to help supply your need, but you have doubt at this time, let it pass you by. There will be plenty more faith substances coming your way, and we want to select the ones in which we have faith, AND, doubt not. It’s time to step on into Father-God time, and personalize your time with Father God.
